Welcome to the E2URE2KA Research Group at the College of Education at NC State University, led by Dr. Tamecia Jones. Rooted in the Greek εὕρηκα (heúrēka), meaning “I have found (it),” and inspired by the story of Archimedes, this research aims to “find it!” Our research group is looking for less obtrusive assessment methods in K-12 engineering education and ways to prove students know more engineering than educators can currently assess. We plan to discover it by creating environments and experiences for undertaking research in engineering education knowledge assessment.
